ShareYourTiffin helps neighbours discover and coordinate home-cooked food. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

We collect account details such as your email, name, phone number, apartment, block, and flat number. We also collect listings, profile and dish photos, chat messages and images, orders, reviews, payment-handoff details, notification tokens, and technical crash information when enabled.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show relevant food in your society, connect buyers and sellers, support orders and chats, send notifications you enable, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Who helps us provide the service

We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime features; our hosting provider to run the website and API; and Sentry for crash reporting when configured. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can change profile visibility and notification settings in the app. You can request account deletion in the app or at Delete account.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and delete or de-identify it when you request account deletion, except for records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, or transaction reasons. We remove access to the account after deletion completes.
