ShareYourTiffin connects neighbours, but each chef remains responsible for food quality, hygiene, pricing, and fulfilment.
Foodies should confirm ingredients, spice level, allergens, and pickup timing directly with the chef before consuming the food.
Chefs must honour the listed price, delivery or pickup window, and the quantity shown at the time of order acceptance.
Payment happens outside ShareYourTiffin, so foodies and chefs must verify payment status directly with each other.
Disputes about food quality, allergies, delays, refunds, or cancellations must be resolved between the foodie and chef.
ShareYourTiffin has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Anything reported or detected as violating this — in chat, listings, reviews, or images — is removed and the responsible account removed within 24 hours.
